Site Visit and Planning
If required, we visit the venue to recommend the right tent size, seating layout and other event essentials. If you need additional services such as catering, photography and decoration, we'll also coordinate them through our trusted partners.
Delivery & Setup
On the scheduled date, our team delivers required equipment, completes the setup, and ensures everything is ready for your event.
Dismantling & Completion
Once your event is over, we return to dismantle the setup, collect the equipment and complete the booking smoothly.
